Try this Blueberry recipe
Regenerate Blueberry Lemon Butter Bars
PREP & INSTRUCTIONS
Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan
Mix cake mix, butter and two eggs well
Spread the mix as the bottom layer
Sprinkle blueberries evenly over bottom layer
Beat cream cheese, & the remaining two eggs, powered sugar and Regenerate blueberry juice together
Once well mixed spread on top of berries
Bake at 325 degrees 50 minutes
Cool on rack then refrigerate until firm
Cut into bars and top with additional powdered sugar before serving
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Regenerate 100% Blueberry Juice
1 10¼oz box Lemon cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs total (2 in cake mix & 2 in cream cheese mix)
½ cup blueberries
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1lb box of powder sugar
